Terms and Conditions

By allowing iTFT Computers (here in after referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) to work on your computer or laptop (hereinafter referred to as “device”), you (the “customer” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Diagnostic and Repair Services: We will perform necessary diagnostic tests and repairs on your device with reasonable efforts to identify and resolve the issue(s). However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair your device or that the issue(s) will not reoccur.
Unrepairable Devices: If we are unable to repair your device, we will return it to you in the same physical condition it was in when you gave it to us.
No Responsibility for Data Loss: We are not responsible for any loss of data or damage to your device’s storage that may occur during the diagnostic or repair process. We strongly recommend that you back up your data before submitting your device for repair.

No Responsibility for Electronics Failure: We are not responsible for any electronics failure or damage to your device that occurs due to ongoing issues that existed before our testing and repair process, for example overheating, physical damage, screen damage, water damage, etc.
Repair Guarantee: We guarantee our repairs for 12 months from the date of the issued invoice for the same issue that was initially repaired. If the same issue reoccurs within the 12-month period, we will repair the device at no additional cost to you. This guarantee does not cover any new or unrelated issues that may arise during the guarantee period.
No Warranty: Except for the repair guarantee in Section 6, we provide no express or implied warranty for our services, except as required by law. Any warranty or guarantee on parts or components replaced during the repair process will be subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold iTFT Computers and its employees, agents, and contractors harmless from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with your use of our services.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions. By allowing iTFT Computers to work on your device, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not submit your device for repairs or upgrades.
Device Abandonment Clause: In the event that a customer leaves their device at iTFT Computers without any communication or response within 30 days from the date of our last correspondence, iTFT Computers reserves the right to dispose of the device. iTFT Computers will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer via the provided contact information to inform them about the status of their device. This includes sending notification messages through email, telephone calls, WhatsApp, and any other available contact method. However, if the customer does not respond or make arrangements for the collection of their device within the specified timeframe, iTFT Computers may consider the device abandoned. iTFT Computers accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to the device or any data stored on it once the disposal process has been initiated. The customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to collect their device promptly or inform iTFT Computers about their decision. The customer understands and agrees that any outstanding fees or charges for services rendered up to the point of device abandonment will still be applicable, and iTFT Computers may exercise any legal remedies available to recover the outstanding amounts. By leaving their device for repair, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions outlined, including the provisions related to abandoned devices and disposal.

Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy covers iTFT Computers treatment of personally identifiable and other information collected and received by iTFT Computers. It encompasses information related to your past use of iTFT Computers' products and services. The terms "Data" and "information" refer to personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, email address, or phone number, which is not publicly available. In cases where personally identifiable data is used, we explicitly state its usage in our privacy policies. All other data is either anonymous or used in a pseudonymous manner.
